The Lower Silesian Centre of Polish Culture (FAMI.02.01-IZ.00-0025/24) is a project implemented under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund.
As part of the project, free Polish language courses are organized for non-EU foreigners legally residing in Poland.
Course levels: A1, A2, B1, B2
Course duration:
- 120 hours (45 min) – A1/A2 levels for Slavic-speaking groups
- 150 hours (45 min) – A1/A2 levels for non-Slavic-speaking groups
- 180 hours (45 min) – B1/B2 levels for Slavic-speaking groups
Application and participation rules:
Registration for courses takes place exclusively at the centres of the Lower Silesian Centre of Polish Culture (DCKP) – Jelenia Góra, Wałbrzych, Legnica – after prior signing of a participation declaration.
Submitting an application does not guarantee qualification for the course.
Participants must meet the formal criteria specified in the project, in particular:
- be a non-EU foreigner,
- legally reside in Poland,
- live in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
Each participant may be directed to a placement test or interview before the course starts in order to assign them to an appropriate group.
Important information for participants:
- Due to very high interest in the courses and the number of already launched groups, the recruitment process and the creation of additional groups may currently take several months.
- Qualification for the course depends on meeting the project criteria and the availability of places in groups.
- Information about qualification and further steps is provided directly by an employee of the Lower Silesian Centre for Continuing Education and Language Training Staff in Legnica.
- The courses are free of charge; however, participants are required to attend classes regularly.
- In case of resignation or unjustified absences, the participant will be removed from the list.
